Recreation & Culture Board
The Recreational & Cultural Activities, Programming and Facilities in the Town of Kamsack are guided by the Recreation & Culture Board. To learn more about this Board, click here.

Broda Sportplex (Arena)
The Broda Sportsplex is open to the public every winter. This facility hosts both hockey and curling activities as well as free activities, including public skating and shinny. The upstairs mezzanine is available to user groups and private functions. To learn more, click here.  

Outdoor Skating Rink 
Located next to the Broda Sportsplex, the Outdoor Skating Rink is open between December and February; weather permitting. The rink is available for public use every day. It is unsupervised and individuals use this facility at their own risk. Additional rules are posted at the rink.  

Kamsack Swimming Pool
The Kamsack Swimming Pool is a busy spot during the summer.  Our outdoor pool is open from mid-June to the end of August, weather permitting, for public swimming, swimming lessons, private bookings, aqua fit, lane swim and more! The pool also offers Lifesaving Society swimming lessons. We offer local lifeguard training and specialized clinics such as scuba diving, snorkeling and water polo as well. Skateboard Park
Located behind the RCMP Office at 305 Queen Elizabeth Blvd., the park is free to the public. A youth based committee is responsible for skateboard park obstacles.

Kamsack Sportsgrounds
Our Sportsgrounds are located along Dixon Avenue and include three ball diamonds, open fields, as well as facilities for both food and beverage vendors.  The sportsgrounds are used for minor baseball, slow pitch tournaments, family reunions, Canada Day Celebrations, and much more.

Disc Golf Course
Located in the Sportsgrounds along Dixon Avenue,  the Disc Golf Course is free for the public to use.  The 9 hole course is just under 3,000 feet in length, has Prodigy disc baskets, and takes in great views of our Sportsgrounds.​

OCC Community Hall
Our Community Hall is located at 409 Park Street.  The OCC is available year-round for weddings, anniversaries, public dances, socials, banquets, public meetings and more. To rent the OCC, or learn more, please click here.  

Playgrounds 
There are 4 playgrounds in Kamsack, with two of these being community playgrounds and the other two being school playgrounds. The community playgrounds are located on Park Street and on Banks Cresent. The school playgrounds are located behind Victoria School on West Avenue and the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute (KCI) on Dixon Avenue.  We encourage our youth and families to take advantage of these wonderful playgrounds to stay active and have fun together!

The Dr. Michael Bishop Walking Trail
Developed in 2016, the first phase of the Kamsack Walking Trail is located in the south east corner of town. The first section begins at the junction of East Avenue & Nykolaishen Drive, where it connects with the Trans Canada Trail.

The Eco Trail
If you are looking for a little more wilderness on your walks, take a stroll down the Eco Trail as it weaves through trees and bushes on the souther outskirts of town. The Trail Head is just off the Dr. Michael Bishop Walking Trail.

Wildlife Orchard
Located at the corner of East Avenue and Nykolaishen Drive, the Wildlife Orchard boasts of many fruit bearing trees including Saskatoon Berries, Cranberries, and Chokecherries; to name a few.  Enjoy a peaceful walk through the beautiful orchard.

Riverside Golf Club
Located on the West side of Kamsack along the Assiniboine River, this 9 hole golf course is open from dawn until dusk from April through October; weather permitting. Riverside Golf Club features grass greens, a fully licensed club house, golf cart rentals and one of the few island greens in the province.  Contact the golf course at (306) 542 – 3741 for more information.

Broda Park
This wonderful picnic area is located right along the Assiniboine River, found just off the road heading to the Riverside Golf Course. The beautifully landscaped park is a dedication to the Broda Family. Learn more by clicking here.
